my sons 13th birthday party was ruined because i ordered some things on tesco online ?
my sons 13th birthday party was ruined because i ordered some things on tesco online and the items were not delivered but there was no telephone call to say there was problem(which there was not,not with the card),my partner rang them 3 times that night they said it could be delivered up until 11 o clock,and that it was probably in the van,it was not delivered,saturday morning he rang again and was told someone would ring back,after an hour of waiting i rang them myself and was told that they could re schedule the delivery for monday,i asked f i could collect it and was told no as the items had been put back on the shelf,my mother then rang and was told ny one person my account had been deleted and another person told her that my account had not been deleted as the file was in front of them,she was also told that someone should of imformed me they could of delivered it by car,my sons birthday was ruined and he is now being bullied,what do i do,and who do i contact to sue?? daun.
